How to Order

You can place an order by one of the following methods:

1. Purchase through our online store.

2. Email – email the style/s, size and quantity to shop@chalkncheeseclothing.com.au

3. Fax – Print out the attached order form and fax through to Chalk n Cheese +61 3 9532 9368.

4. Cheque – payable to ‘Chalk n Cheese Clothing’

5. Phone – Call through your order to the Chalk n Cheese boutique +61 3 9534 4939 and pay via credit card over the phone.

6. Direct debit – transfer the total amount including postage into: Chalk n Cheese, BSB: 033 095 Account No: 273 570.

Privacy
Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone.

Payment
All prices shown are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars). The default payment option is by credit card. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be charged upon order processing. We do not store credit card details.

Australian customers can opt to pay via cheque, money order or electronic deposit if they prefer.

Shipping
We dispatch goods within 24 hours of your payment/cheque clearance if all items are in stock, except during staff holidays when there may be a delay before delivery. All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.

International Air Mail $12
Please note that prices for all goods are in Australian dollars. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for either local or international customers. If you need your order for a specific date or day then please contact us directly to arrange a courier service.

Returns
if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. Please return items and receipt to: Chalk n Cheese Clothing, 27 Blessington St, St Kilda Victoria, 3182, Australia. Exchanges will be made promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. Please note, all exchanges not due to quality, must be sent with a self addressed pre-paid envelope.
