If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. Please note, all exchanges not due to quality, must be sent with a self addressed pre-paid envelope.
We dispatch goods within 24 hours of your payment clearance if all items are in stock, except during staff holidays when there may be a delay before delivery. All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
