Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. Please return items and receipt to: Chalk n Cheese Clothing, PO Box 2139, Caulfield Junction VIC 3161 Australia. Exchanges will be made promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. Please note, all exchanges not due to quality, must be sent with a self addressed pre-paid envelope.

Shipping

We dispatch goods within 24 hours of your payment clearance if all items are in stock, except during staff holidays when there may be a delay before delivery. All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Don't be surprised if it arrives in 2! If your delivery is urgent, please let us know in the notes area when checking out.
International Air Mail - Price varies depending on location. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery.
